Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026. FOREBALL is operated by NOMS Enterprises LLC d/b/a FOREBALL. Questions: hello@textforeball.com

FOREBALL ("we") provides a text-message service that searches for and books golf tee times for subscribers and sends tee time notices to the golf partners they name.

What we collect

Your name and mobile number; the courses, days and times you play; names and mobile numbers of golf partners you add; your golf booking-site login if you choose to let us book for you (encrypted at rest); and the messages you send us. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your credit card number.

How we use it

Only to run the service: finding and booking tee times, texting you and the partners you add, billing, and support.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (e.g. our SMS carrier, payment processor, hosting, and the golf booking site you authorize).

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts; for subscribers, STOP also cancels the plan. Text PAUSE to pause bookings. Delete your saved booking login anytime from your dashboard. To delete your account, text DELETE MY ACCOUNT or email us.
